Be Curious First

When you are curious in one-on-one conversations and meetings, it naturally invites others to willingly share their ideas and keep their contributions at a high level.

Ask yourself these questions:

– How do I demonstrate my genuine curiosity and interest in others’ thoughts and ideas?

– What is my public response when members of my team shoot down others’ ideas before attempting to understand them?

– What impact do I have on my team when I choose to be furious (disagree first, ask questions later) instead of choosing to be curious?

Be curious first!
