Take That Break

Ultradian rhythms are natural body cycles occurring at intervals of less than 24 hours.

We experience one every 90 to 120 minutes.

Think about the last time you were working hard, feeling energized and productive, and then after 1.5 to 2 hours, you started to tire a bit and lose your focus.

What did you do?

Many of us work right through this important signal telling us that we need a break.

If you want to sustain peak performance, become more skillful at managing your energy throughout the day.

By taking periodic breaks, roughly every 90 minutes, you allow your body and mind to renew.

This increases your productivity as you’re working *with* your body, and not against it.
