Nothing is Less Productive

As I prepare for a fresh year of success and impact, both personally and professionally, I am guided by the wisdom of others.

I invite you to join me in implementing some of these pearls from the likes of Peter Drucker, Maya Angelou, Seth Godin, Fred Rogers and a couple of others.

Peter Drucker:

Nothing is less productive than to make more efficient what should not be done at all.

Maya Angelou:

We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.

Seth Godin:

Every time you hear an expert use a word or concept you don’t understand, stop her and ask to be taught. Every time. After just a few interactions, you’ll have a huge advantage over those who didn’t ask.

Fred Rogers:

You rarely have time for everything you want in this life, so you need to make choices. And hopefully your choices can come from a deep sense of who you are.

Steve McClatchy:

If you continue to do solely what is necessary, all you will accomplish is preventing pain from coming your way. To move your life or your business forward from where it is today and to see an improvement, you must do something extraordinary, something that you didn’t have to do at all.

Paula Scherr:

Effort is important, but knowing where to make an effort makes all the difference.

I wish you a Happy New Year filled with Clarity, Confidence, Effectiveness and Vitality!
